Hi
Please explain when/where and what is the actual message you getting about certificate.

Are you trying to delete files through the ftp/file manager by login to administration and control panel also can you see the ftp account if yes click manage then you can delete any file. Please inform us which step you are having difficulty.

the msg says this

security error domain name mismatch

you have attempted to establish a connection with "webmail.supanethosting.com" however the security certificate presented belongs to "webpulsehosting.com" it is possible thought unlikely that someone may be trying to intercept your communication with the web site.

if you suspect the certificate shown does notbelong to "webmail.supnethosting.com" please cancel connection and notify the site administrator.

the other problem was.
i go into my ftp manage files then i click on the file i would like to delete but it will not come up with the delete options so i can't get rid of the banner and text link pages but it lets me up-load them ok thank you for your help

Ok I have deleted the 2 ftp files because they have ' character server did not recognize the
ftp file name with the special character.

The second issue regarding the certificate error the web mail address have been change and that's why when you are using the https://webmail.supanethosting.com it redirect to the new web mail address which is https://webmail.pulsewebhosting.com internet explorer cannot match the old certificate to the new address, to avoid this message don't use the https://webmail.supanethosting.com

Just use the new web mail address https://webmail.pulsewebhosting.com and you won't get any certificate error.
