Where is my e-commerce package?

#1 by newfies
Clicked "GO" for E-Commerce Package, filled in form with PayPal email etc., clicked "Install", then nothing. all that happens is the form disappears leaving the Package Installer Assistance and the Web Builder Options in place and no indication that I have installed anything.
At the top of the page it says WEB BUILDER Easy Application, Fast FREE and Fun.
Yea Right! I,m not having much FUN, I really would like to see my e-commerce package so that I can get on and use it. Help please.
