Where is my e-commerce package?

Clicked "GO" for E-Commerce Package, filled in form with PayPal email etc., clicked "Install", then nothing. all that happens is the form disappears leaving the Package Installer Assistance and the Web Builder Options in place and no indication that I have installed anything.
At the top of the page it says WEB BUILDER Easy Application, Fast FREE and Fun.
Yea Right! I,m not having much FUN, I really would like to see my e-commerce package so that I can get on and use it. Help please. - Posted on Thursday, 27th March 2008 at 8:54pm

31/01/07 - The computing giant PC World has said it will no longer sell floppy disks in its stores. After more than two decades they are now deemed surplus to requirements, Email, CDs and USB memory sticks have replaced them as storage devices.
