- I have experienced difficulty connecting to my e-mail and web site today until 5pm and last Saturday first thing in the morning. Have you guys been doing some maintenance? What else would prevent me from gaining access on Saturdays?

Yes there was some network outage last Saturday. We always put information on service status at supanet portal if there is any outage, or announcement.
