Is it possible to create a forum for my website and how would I go about it?

Have a look at Bulletin Board software, for example there is a product called 'phpbb'

So if I was to download the relevant forum software would it run on my supanet hosted website.
Apologies but I have no knowledge at all on running a forum.

- Download the phpbb and extract the file because it would normally be a zip file, then upload the file to your hosting root directory via FTP. Then brows to that file and install it during installation it will ask the database user name and password which you can get from your admin control panel.

27/04/07 – The e-readiness rankings produced the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) have shown that Asian and African countries' net usage is catching up with that of the developed world's. The rankings attribute this partly to cheap broadband access now being common and widespread in those parts of the world.
