I cannot get to my domain. This has been live for a year, with the latest renewal in June, and now I get
"NETWORK TIMEOUT The server at http://www.football-finances.org.uk is taking too long to respond."
I can get to everywhere else on the internet, just not my own site.
I can see the files via my FTP connection, but no other way.
HELP !!

Please can you do a traceroute from your computer and post it here. Using the commands
tracert http://www.football-finances.org.uk
tracert 213.40.79.217
just to find out where the problem is.
I have completed a traceroute from out side our network which is routing to the server fine. - Posted on Monday, 21st July 2008 at 2:16pm

I'm not sure whether you can see this, cos I can't
but
http://www.football-finances.org.uk/tracert.jpg and
http://www.football-finances.org.uk/tracert.png
show that it gets to ae-11-11.car2.Manchesteruk1.Leve13.net [4.69.133.98] then no further than 195.50.119.134 where it times out
sorry forgot to add that the tracert to the IP address is identical - Posted on Monday, 21st July 2008 at 2:36pm

Thanks for the information, the trace route shows there is a routing issue between level3 and easynet.net
I have escalated it to our network department they will get in touch with level3 to resolve the issue.
However your website is up and running and people can reach to it. - Posted on Monday, 21st July 2008 at 3:11pm

I think you need to assume that I haven't spoken to your network department, as I thought you may be doing that.
Until they do what you suggested I would guess the issue won't go away. It is probably best you assume that the problem is still unresolved.
If you would prefer me to speak to them then I will speak to them if you put their number on here. - Posted on Tuesday, 22nd July 2008 at 4:01pm
