The hosting revolution

28/02/2007 –Supanet hosting has made the bold claim that it will tackle the low standards and customer dissatisfaction that are rife in the web hosting market. The dedicated and shared hosting company carried out research to find out what customers are looking from their web hosting.
Andrew Barton, Marketing Manager for Supanet, said: "Our research showed that many people wanted flexibility in their hosting package but were often constrained by poor service or poor products. The free hosting trial will show what can be done with a good quality hosting product."

They believe that by offering a 90-day free trial that includes a free sub domain, a free fax2mail number and unlimited web space they will put down a marker to the rest of the hosting market.

Barton continued: "We looked at the hosting industry and realised there is a lot of companies who just aren't up to scratch, so we decided to lay down a challenge by creating a unique and exciting product."

Supanet Hosting are taking their planned 'revolution' worldwide with the launch of a US Dollar (USD) site. This is a response to the interest shown in fast hosting services by potential web hosts around the world.

Barton said, "We originally focused on the UK market where we were already established in the broadband market. However when Supanet Hosting was launched there was such interest from America and other countries that it quickly became necessary to put a USD hosting site into development.

"The USD site should be up and running by the end of February and we are looking forward to showing the rest of the world the difference a great hosting provider can make," he continued.

Supanet are also hoping that the incentive of automatic entry into a free prize draw to win a 32" LCD TV for everybody who joins the 90 day hosting trial will encourage more customers to join their revolution.
