Question - Do I get a reminder when my domain is going to expire?

Answer

If you have provided accurate billing details which are valid, we will automatically renew your domains before they expire.

Due to the renewal being every 1 or 2 years, it is very common for payment details to have passed the valid to date. In this case our billing department will attempt to contact you via, phone, email or letter prior to the domain expiring. In the event that we have not been able to make contact, we will not renew your domain and it will go into a holding area for a period of 2 - 12 weeks. In this time you will notice your website will no longer work and you will need to contact us.

An activation fee may apply to get your domain out of the holding area. This is not a fee we apply, it is a 3rd party domain registration fee that we have to pass onto you.
